  • SHIPPING DELAYS

    DHL handles all our international shipping. Average delay is 2 weeks: 10 days of procesing order then 4 days to reach you.

    DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING?

    By default all shipments are shipped with DHL Express. JERMAINE BLEU is a slow fashion brand, most outfits are made to order. If you have a deadline for an order please add it in your order note or reach out to us direclty.

    DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE?

    We currently ship to all countries. If any issue occurs when typing your address, please reach out to sales@jermainebleu.studio

    WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING COST?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. We try to keep all below $30. You can see the estimated shipping cost during checkout before you confirm your order. We also offer free shipping on orders above $300.

    WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?

    JERMAINE BLEU covers custom clearance fees for most regions. An additional fee can occur at checkout based on your location.

    USA customers: kindly note that the constant evolving situation can make it difficult to correctly clear custom ahead of time. If anything occurs during your delivery we will be in touch and always provide a clear solution.

    RETURNS

    We accept returns with 10 days of confirmed delivery. Refunds can occur directly on your payment methods or via store credit.

    Products eligible for a returns have:

    • not be worn except for tryout

    • original tag still attached

    • no stain or usage mark

    • been purchased at full cost (sale items can’t be returned)

    Customers are fully responsible for the cost of returning items (locally and internationally) to us in original condition. Please note that any returns/exchanges that do not meet the criteria above will not be eligible for refund.

    No, you don't need an account to place an order on our website. However, creating an account offers several benefits, such as faster checkout, tracking your order history, and saving your shipping information for future purchases.

    We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Changes to your order might be possible depending on the situation.

    How do I care for your garments?

    Most of our garments are machine washable. However, we recommend checking the care label on each item for specific washing instructions. We recommend dry cleaning for best results.

    I received my product but it doesn’t fit

    You can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply follow the return instructions on our shipping and returns page and indicate that you would like an exchange.
